In preparation for the APCC, the selected Junior Ambassadors will undergo a 3 to 4 weekends of intense training and preparations during the June school holidays, which normally include dance and singing practices, learning of Japanese language and Japanese way of life, preparation of souvenirs for exchange with other JAs, etc.  

 

After weeks of preparations, the JAs will then put up their pre-departure concert in early July to showcase their performance item to the invited guests, which give them a platform to perform to a mass audience while interacting with JAs from the previous cohorts.
